Othman said that Turkey's statements that it will manage the mission of the safe zone is only a propaganda published by Turkey in an attempt to destabilize the security and stability in the areas of stability after defeating ISIS, in addition to Turkey's attempt to convince its mercenaries that they will enter this buffer zone under the auspices of Turkey.

Othman hopes that the new reality is the beginning of a real transformation in Syria and a motivation for all Syrian parties to move towards the path of the Syrian-Syrian solution and support the initiative of the Syrian Democratic Council, which opened the door to this stage in order to deter all the new threats and plans for the occupation of North Syria, Turkey's statements are new and things have emerged and require attention and caution and not to be dragged behind the Turkish psychological war and media, and look at the issue in reality.

"Turkey has no right to interfere in the sovereignty of other states or interfere in its decisions," he said. "Turkey, therefore, has no right to decide the fate of the Syrian people without their consent. The Syrian people are the ones who decide Self-sufficiency."

He concluded: "America and the International Coalition came to fight ISIS, and did not come to decide on the Syrian people's fate, and they are not entitled to it. All the norms and covenants and international laws emphasize the sovereignty of the state and non-interference in its internal affairs, America is raising a subject without reference to the opinion of the Syrian people and its components, and unless you take the opinion of the Syrian people into account, this is a major breach in the aspirations of the Syrian people and Syrian sovereignty and therefore will not accept such projects. "
