Dilber Yousef: Districts conferences are a step in the context of community organization

Hawar news agency interviewed (ANHA) with Dilber Yousef on the margin of the 4th day of the Democratic Union Party in Kobani canton’s districts.

The member of General Council of Democratic Union Party has commented on holding the conference and said: "We are seeking to reorganize the society so that we can reach a society that fits in with its political identity and has a free will to rule itself in the light of the threats that are taking place in the region."

The Democratic Union Party began to hold a conference of its councils in Kobani canton’s districts from al-Qaniya district then Kobani then Sheran then al-Jalbaya, on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th of this month, respectively.

During the conference, the party elected a party administration at the level of the one district, where 12 members were being elected for each administration.

A special conference is planned in Seren district in the coming days, to complete the task.

Dilber Yousef touched upon IS mercenaries’ attacks in the areas of Rojava saying they were aimed at striking the peoples’ fraternity and creating instability in the area, asserting that the steadfastness of the peoples of the region failed those schemes.

She went on saying "Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) liberated north and east of regions from IS and spread security, peace and co-existence. This did not satisfy the Turkish occupation, because its objectives were not realized, so now it is trying to destabilize the area."

Whenever we are able to achieve successes and achievements in our project (the democratic nation), the Turkish occupation is increasing its threats on these gains in order to undermine the people’s will and thwart peoples’ fraternity project.”

In conclusion, she stressed that building a decentralization democratic Syria based on the basis of coexistence is the peaceful solution of the Syrian people in all its components.
