Women from the city of Qamishlo, Tal Hamis, Tirbespiye, Tal Kocher, and Çil Agha in Jazera Canton participated in a lecture organized by the Party’s Women’s Council, under the title “Supporting and enhancing women’s participation in developing the electoral process.”

The Future Syria Party participates in the "Alliance of Peoples and Women for Freedom", which consists of 22 parties and organizations.

The lecture covered two main topics. The first axis, entitled “The Social Contract is the Basic Core in Resolving the Syrian Crisis,” and was lectured by the co-chair of the party’s council in the city of Qamishlo, Walida Ismail, the first axis focused on the importance of the Social Contract.

While the second topic of the lecture, which was titled “Women’s Participation in the Electoral Process,” and was lectured by Walida Hassan, spokeswoman for the Women’s Council of the Future Syria Party in Qamishlo, touched on the importance of the electoral process for the women of the region, and she stressed by saying: “This electoral entitlement is a mental and historical heritage for women and for the society of NE Syria based on the sacrifices of female martyrs and pioneers of the women’s revolution.”

Walida Hassan added: “Women’s participation in this electoral process aims to consolidate and enhance social justice, improve comprehensive and effective work management, and expand the scope of social protection, and participate and support women in all aspects.”

Walida Hassan added: “Women in decision-making positions can represent a role model, and enhance productivity among relationships in the field of services, and also contribute to bringing different points of view closer together by conducting meaningful and constructive dialogues.” “This requires the mobilization of all human energies to establish stability and the possibility of peace.” The participants emphasized that the revolution of Roj Ava and NE Syria opened the way for women to prove their personalities they stressed the necessity of preserving, developing and strengthening the gains.
