People's Defense Forces eliminate 8 Turkish Occupation soldiers

Today, the media center of the People's Defense Forces issued a statement regarding the operations carried out by the Gêrîla  forces against the Turkish occupation army in the Medya Defense areas in southern Kurdistan. It reads:

In the Metina region:

- On June 24 at 10:30 a.m., our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Derkil using sniping tactics, resulting in the killing of a Turkish soldier.

- On June 25 at 4:00 p.m., our forces targeted enemy soldiers in the resistance area of Derkil with individual and semi-automatic weapons, leading to the destruction of two tents belonging to the Turkish occupation army.

- On June 25 at 5:30 p.m., our forces targeted enemy soldiers in the resistance area of Derkil with heavy weapons.

- On June 26 at 11:30 a.m., our forces targeted the occupation army in the resistance area of Derkil with heavy weapons.

- On June 26 at 11:30 a.m., our forces targeted a tent and a BKC machine gun position of the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Peshil, resulting in the killing of 4 Turkish soldiers and the destruction of the position and the BKC semi-automatic weapon.

- On June 26 at 4:30 p.m., fighters from the Free Women’s Units – Star targeted enemy soldiers in the resistance area of Derkil with sniping tactics, killing a Turkish soldier.

- On June 26 at 5:30 p.m., enemy soldiers in the resistance area of Derkil were targeted using sniping tactics, resulting in the killing of a Turkish soldier.

In the Martyr Delil area west of Zap:

- On June 25 at 9:45 a.m.,our forces targeted enemy soldiers who were trying to install a surveillance camera system in the resistance area of Judi Hill using sniping tactics, killing a Turkish soldier.

- On June 25 at 1:15 p.m., fighters from the Free Women’s Units destroyed a Turkish occupation army drop device in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill.

- On June 25 at 1:45 p.m., 4:25 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., our forces targeted enemy soldiers in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill with heavy weapons.

- On June 26 at 12:30 p.m, the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill was targeted with heavy weapons, delivering a strong blow to a position of the occupation army.

- On June 26 at 12:55 p.m., our forces destroyed a surveillance camera system belonging to the enemy soldiers in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill.

- On June 26 at 3:20 p.m., fighters from the Free Women’s Units – Star destroyed a surveillance camera system of the occupation army in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill using sniping tactics.

- On June 26 at 7:40 p.m., our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill with heavy weapons, delivering a strong blow to an occupation position.

- On June 26 at 11:05 p.m., a surveillance camera system of the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill was destroyed.

- On June 26 at 5:55 a.m., our forces destroyed a surveillance camera system of the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill using sniping tactics.

Attacks by the Turkish occupation army with banned explosives:

- On June 25 and 26, the Turkish occupation army bombed the war tunnels in the resistance area of FM Hill in the Martyr Delil area west of Zap 3 times with banned explosives.

Attacks by the Turkish occupation army:

- On June 25 and 26, Turkish warplanes bombed the areas of Kandkola, Koshan, Rusty Hill, Barabzen, and Martyr Sharif in the Khakurk area 7 times; the resistance area of Martyr Ibrahim in the Zap area once; the areas of Khairi, Sidar, and the hills of Zankl and Zevik in the Gare area 5 times; the resistance areas of Baz, Peshil, and Sarin Metina in the Metina region 5 times; the resistance area of Bahar Hill in the Martyr Delil area west of Zap 3 times; for a total of 21 times.
