The Co-chair of the Defense Authority in the Autonomous Administration stated that Turkey has crossed all red lines, calling on the Damascus Authority to take responsibility for stopping the attacks and massacres against civilians, which represent a flagrant violation of international laws. A Syrian politician stated that the Damascus Authority is entrenching an authoritarian regime based on the exclusion of components and women from any decision regarding their country. She announced her rejection of the constitutional declaration, saying, "Any constitution that excludes women is completely unacceptable." (Pictures and video attached).

The Co-chair of the Afrin and Shahba District Council confirmed that security is absent in Afrin, which suffers under Turkish occupation and its mercenaries. She noted that the people of Afrin are waiting for  safe return to their homes with international guarantees. (Pictures and video attached).

Farmers in al-Shaddadi are facing severe agricultural challenges due to drought and climate change, which have led to significant losses in rain-fed crops, while irrigated agriculture is achieving moderate results thanks to the use of wells and solar energy, amid farmers' efforts to mitigate economic damages. The Co-chair of the Tel Tamr City Council asserted that the Turkish occupation seeks to escalate attacks on the North and East Syria region to spread chaos and instability in order to facilitate its occupation of the area, pointing to the relationship between the occupying state and mercenary groups. Syrian women have always been active partners in building society, playing pivotal roles across various fields, from education and health to economy and culture. They have demonstrated their ability to face challenges and take on key roles in building their families and communities. However, the recent years of conflict have cast a heavy shadow on their reality, leading them to face compounded challenges that extend beyond economic and social conditions to political and legal aspects. Nevertheless, they have not abandoned their roles; instead, they remain steadfast, holding onto their right to be active participants in rebuilding their homeland and contributing to a better future for Syria.

In the context of Newroz celebrations, the people of Tel Hamis in Jazira Canton will light the Newroz flame in the Qamishlo garage square at 8:00 PM, while the residents of Amuda will gather on the Sharmola hill at 8:00 AM, and the people of Girke Lege will celebrate in the Martyr Khabat Square at 8:00 PM. Additionally, the residents of Qamishlo and Tirbespiyê will also celebrate Newroz. (Pictures and video attached).
