Date of 4th conference of Future Syria Party
The Future Syria Party is preparing to hold its fourth conference on March 27, after completing the conferences of its branches within the region.
After organizing conferences for the Future Syria Party’s sub-councils in the North and East Syria and Aleppo, the party is preparing to hold its fourth conference on March 27, with the participation of about 1,000 male and female delegates from its councils.
It is scheduled that amendments will be made to the party’s internal system, in which the form and system of the party’s presidency will be transformed into a co-chairmanship system, in addition to re-electing the party’s general council, and drawing up the party’s roadmap in accordance with the political and military changes taking place in the country.
The head of the General Organization Office of the Future Syria Party, Imad Moussa, said in a statement to ANHA's agency, “to reach all the Syrian people and in all regions, and for the Future Syria Party to be an alternative to the ruling party in Syria, which will change the system in force in Syria to be a pluralistic, decentralized system."
He added that the conference "will focus on the Syrian-Syrian dialogue."
The third Future Syria Party conference was held on May 6, 2022, in which Abdel Hamid al-Mahbash was elected as party president, succeeding the party’s founder, Ibrahim al-Qaftan, and Siham Daoud was elected as party secretary-general.
