CPT publishes an update on the Turkish occupation’s bombing of Gari villages in S. Kurdistan
The CPT organization reported that the occupying Turkish state intensively bombed the villages of Spender and Meji, located south of the Gari mountain range in the Amadiyah district of Dohuk Governorate, via drones.
The European Committee for the Prevention of Torture also said: “The Turkish army is now trying to spread fear and anxiety among the people of the villages around Mount Gari, and force them to leave their villages in order to carry out large-scale operations.”
As this update was published, CPT posted a short video clip and wrote: “In the video below, it can be seen that Turkish state drones bombed the village of Spindar today.”
