The conference began with a moment of silence in tribute to the souls of the martyrs.

The conference is scheduled to open with a speech by the General Commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, followed by the reading of messages sent to the conference from North, South, and East Kurdistan, as well as from Europe.

The event will feature numerous speeches, including one by Dr. Hamid Darbandi, head of the Syrian file at the Kurdistan Region Presidency, Scott Bolz, spokesperson for the International Coalition, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party, and the Kurdistan National Conference (KNK).

The conference will also include the reading of a memorandum of understanding between Kurdish parties and forces in North and East Syria.

More than 400 individuals are participating in the conference, including figures from Rojava, North and South Kurdistan, other Syrian regions, Kurdish parties and organizations, representatives from the Kurdistan National Conference, Co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration Evin Swed, women's and youth organizations, cultural and social figures, artists, tribal leaders, as well as Kurdish personalities from Damascus, Aleppo, Hama, al-Bab, and Azaz.

Among the attendees are a delegation from the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party from North Kurdistan and representatives of parties and organizations from South Kurdistan.

After the reading of the previously proposed memorandum of understanding, it will be discussed and ratified in its final form. The conference will conclude with a final statement presenting its outcomes to the public.

The event is being covered by dozens of Kurdish and international media outlets. More than 60 media institutions and nearly 200 journalists were invited to cover the event.
