Bombardment on Afrin, Shahba canton with 1,858 shells, drones
During last January, the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries launched 152 attacks on 55 sites in Afrin and Shahba canton.
The attacks, which used artillery shells, mortars, tanks, B7 missiles, and suicide drones, targeted 55 locations in Afrin and Shahba.
Throughout the month, the skies of the region witnessed continuous flights of Turkish military aircraft and drones.
In detail, the toll shows that the occupiers bombed the area with 961 artillery shells, 748 mortar shells, 72 homemade shells, 73 tank shells, and 4 rockets.
The attack on the village of al-Shaala on the 17th of the same month resulted in the injury of 3 people from one family, while the attack on the village of Soganka resulted in the injury of a member of the Damascus government forces. The toll also reported that a suicide drone was shot down in the village of Soganka.
