The co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Abd Hamid al-Mehbash, called on all parties in Syria to set aside political differences and focus on the humanitarian situation, at a time when the Turkish occupation state and the Damascus government prevent aid provided by the Autonomous Administration from reaching the affected areas.
