The activities of the Second General Conference of the Future Syria Party concluded with the election of the party's president and secretary general, in addition to the election of 139 members to the General Council. The final statement affirmed that Syria is a pluralistic democracy with a decentralized parliamentary system.

The activities of the conference continued, after the formation of an 8-member bureau to run the session, reading the interim work report over the two and a half years since the establishment of the party, then the door for interventions and discussion on the business report and the presentation of proposals opened.

Ibrahim Al-Qaftan was elected president of the party, and Siham Daoud as secretary-general, and then 139 members elected to the General Council.

The final statement of the Future Syria Party was read by Ibrahim Al-Qaftan. The closing statement emphasized support for the Syrian Democratic Forces, preserving the gains of the martyrs, achieving peace for all Syrians, and ending all occupations in Syria, especially the Turkish occupation through the United Nations and the relevant international decision.
