And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored, before midnight on Saturday-Sunday, a bombing of 8 raids from unknown aircraft, targeting the headquarters of the Iranian forces at the Muizila base in the eastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor.

In this context, at least 12 elements of Iranian forces of Iraqi and Afghan nationalities were killed, in addition to the destruction of vehicles and ammunition, according to the Syrian Observatory.

On June 3, the Fatimid groups brought in military reinforcements to their sites in al-Mayadeen, in the eastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor, where about 30 vehicles loaded with fighters and military and logistical equipment arrived from the border town of al-Heri with Iraq.
