Deterring Terrorism campaign continues to eradicated ISIS cells in the countryside of Deir-ez-Zor and al-Hasakah, where SDF continues to sweep the northeastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor and expand 10 km across to the Iraqi-Syrian border.

The SDF continues to advance and eliminate ISIS mercenary cells, as part of Deterring Terrorism campaign, which it launched based on calls from the leaders of al-Hasakah and Deir-ez-Zor clans to rid them of elements of ISIS cells that have intensified their activity in the recent period.

The campaign entered its fourth day and achieved great results, and the fighters were able to arrest more than 50 elements of cells since its launch, according to an official statement from the Syrian Democratic Forces.

This, according to what ANHA correspondent reported from the commanders of the military axes, that their forces are preparing to arrange the four axes, to start the third stage, which will include combing villages in the northeastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor region.

It is worth mentioning that the first stage of the campaign achieved its results in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah, while the forces advanced, within its second stage, in Deir-ez-Zor desert towards the Iraqi-Syrian border.
