Kurds warn of the failure negotiations to unite Kurdish rank

The citizens of Qamishlo stressed the need to accelerate the Kurdish parties and forces to unify their ranks, and indicated that the failure of the talks regarding Kurdish unity will deepen the Kurdish differences.

A member of the Democratic Union Party’s presidential body, Saleh Muslim, said in a public meeting in Qamishlo on June 5: "It was decided to start the second stage, but the Kurdish National Council did not take any step yet, and we are awaiting its response."

Muhammad Ali Azza, a citizen of Hilêliyê neighborhood in the city of Qamishlo, stressed the need to unify the Kurdish class as soon as possible, to ensure their rights, and he said "if the Kurds united their ranks, the hostile states would not be able to interfere in their affairs and dismantle them, no matter how much they sought to do so.

Muhammad Ali Azza emphasized that: "Kurdish national unity has become a basic requirement of the Kurdish people."

Muhammad Ali Azza pointed out that if the Kurdish forces and parties do not reach a common formula and the talks on Kurdish unity fail, the Kurdish differences will deepen, and the outstanding problems will not be solved.

Our strength is in our unity

Citizen Hasina Ali called for speeding up the achievement of Kurdish unity and building a Kurdish authority, and said, "Our strength is in our unity."

Shamsi Khan Klu explained: "We are going through a sensitive stage, the enemies of the Kurdish people are trying to dismantle us, and end our existence, and all this with Kurdish hands."

Shamsi Khan Khlu indicated that the Kurds need to hold a Kurdish national conference in order to protect the Kurdish people and the gains made with the blood of thousands of martyrs.   She noted: "The military forces managed to protect the area to the fullest, and now the Kurdish forces must unite their ranks to thwart the plans of the enemies of the Kurdish people."

Shamsi Khan Klu stressed that their only demand is for the Kurds to unite their ranks, and she said: "Any delay in unifying the row causes the Kurds to be dispersed and subject to violations and massacres."
