Turkish media outlets said that reinforcements convoy consisting of about 150 military vehicles, including special forces, weapons and equipment arrived in Rehanli of Hatay in southern Turkey, then departed from Rehanli towards the "surveillance points" of the Turkish occupation army amid tight security measures.

On Friday, Reuters quoted from a Turkish governmental source: "Turkey has no plans to withdraw its forces from the observation posts in Idlib although three of these sites are existed in areas now controlled by the Syrian government."

The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had given the regime forces a period until the end of February to withdraw to the back of the Turkish observation posts in Idlib, threatening to launch a military operation in the region.

In the same context, Idlib city is witnessing a cautious calm between the regime forces and Turkey's mercenaries after the regime forces’ domination of the strategic town of Saraqeb.
