The government of Erdogan is devoting day after day the mafia rule in Turkey even with its foreign dealings, as reports of a financial agreement between the government of Erdogan and Qatar have revealed Turkish tank factory was handed over for billions of dollars run by Erdogan's AKP partners which the report described it as the clan.

According to a recent report by the Nordic Monitor which was reported by Sky News that the Turkish government has signed a financial agreement between Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Qatar to hand over a Turkish tank plant for billions of dollars to a company run jointly by Erdogan and the Qatari army.

Erdogan was quick to pass an agreement on avoiding double taxation and preventing financial evasion in the Turkish parliament, before issuing a decision on last December 20, under which the Turkish National Tank Factory will be handed over to the Turkish-Qatari company.

The Nordic Monitor Center, which is specialist in military and security affairs, said in a detailed report supported by documents that the value of the deal was $ 20 billion.

The agreement gives the new company the rights to operate the Turkish National Tank Factory for 25 years without any competitive bidding or transparent process. The Qatari Armed Forces own 49.9 % of the shares of the company.

The question remains open why Turkey needs to sign a new double taxation agreement with Qatar, while there is already a similar agreement between the two countries signed on December 25, 2001, which began on January 1, 2009, according to the site.
