"Martyr Hogir" Festival reached al-Hasakah

Hundreds of civilians gathered in the playground early before the start of the festival several hours, amid the launch of songs and cheers that salute SDF and demand the freedom of Ocalan.

The playground was decorated with pictures of martyrs, flags of the Youth Union, the Young Women Union,and the Democratic Students Movement, in addition to pictures of Ocalan.

The activities of the festival began with holding a minute of silence, after which the brass band of the Self-Defense Forces presented musical songs.

The administrator of the Rojava Youth Union, Ardal Hifi, spoke about the life of the "martyr Hogir".

Hifi, denounced the American decision on the commanders of the Kurdistan Liberation Movement, and pointed out that such decisions indicate their bankruptcy and weakness towards the resistance of the Kurdish people.

In turn, the co-chair of al- Hasaka canton, Samer al-Abdullah stressed that the northern region of Syria is living in a sensitive stage under the threat of Turkey and the youth’s role is to respond to any aggression that affects security and stability.

The artistic bands in Manbij, al-Tabqa and al-Raqqa presented musical and theater performances, amidst the interaction of the masses.

In conclusion, " the Taekwondo Tigers " international band  presented several sports performances.
