Rojava Youth in Lebanon called to continue struggle against occupation

Rojava Youth Union in Lebanon issued a statement in which it condemned the Turkish occupation attacks on north of Syria lands and called to continue the struggle against the occupation.

The statement was read by tens of the Youth Union members, raising the photos of the Kurdish leader and the flag of the Youth Union by the administrator in the union, Ali Qamishlo, the statement said:

4 years ago in a historical and turning moment, all the world was holding breath by seeing the black banners which were sieged Kobanî city in a scene where Kobanî victory emerged as it is the key victory of all free people who demonstrated around the world in all squares in solidarity with Kobanî champions who wrote the most brave epics and made the women an icon and real symbol for the life, dignity and the resistance which is represented by the heroic guerilla operation carried by the fighter "Arin Mirkan" who proved to the whole world the women’s strength and resisting the terrorism in a time when all the world commemorate the 4th World Memory in Solidarity with Kobanî on November 1 every year, where our troops defend their lands and their people in the face of terrorism, after liberating Kobanî canton from IS mercenaries and establishing  SDF, and liberating north of Syria from IS and its mercenaries backed by Turkey by liberating Manbij, al-Raqqa and defeat the terrorism in Deir ez-Zor.        

In conjunction with the World Day in Solidarity with Kobanî, the Turkish occupation practices a hostile behavior by targeting the children of the resistance, where the occupation attacks in Kobanî and Tal Abyad resulted in martyrs without justifications which serves only the terrorism and threatens Syrian independency and sovereignty of its lands, and open the doors for all possibilities again amid the international silence as happened in Afrin which was occupied by the Jihadist gangs seeking to join it  to the Turkish state influence . 

We as Rojava Youth in Lebanon condemn and denounce these brutal attacks by the Turkish occupation of Kobanî and Girê Spî, we also condemn the international  and world silence against the Turkish violations toward our cause by killing and displacing our people from their lands, we also call al the free people to stop the Turkish aggression and support our people and our cause.   

In calculation of the statement the youth chanted the slogans which denounced the Turkish occupation.
