Fawza Yosef: Turkish attacks are against International Coalition too

The co-chair of the Executive Body of the Democratic Federation of North Syria, Fawza Yosef, said that the Turkish occupation's attacks on Kobanî and Girê Spî / Tel Abyed are considered a war against the International Coalition and not only on SDF.

Targeting Kobanî and Girê Spî by the Turkish occupation over the past two days with tanks and shells resulted in martyring elements of the Self-Protection Forces who were protecting the border.

In this context, the co-chair of the Executive Body of the Democratic Federation of North Syria Fawza Yosef said in an article published on her facebook page that the attack launched by the Turkish occupation on the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in north-east of Syria in the last two days serves only prolonging the life of IS gangs in Syria.

And she has explained that the Turkish aggression against SDF which are fighting IS gangs has one meaning which is the of attrition SDF power so that it would be difficult to eliminate the last pockets of the remaining IS mercenaries.

At the end of her article, she called on the Coalition Forces to show their position on these attacks. Otherwise, the situation will get worse and this will give an opportunity to Daesh to regain its strength."
