Bakuz: SDF focus of discussion despite absence of its representatives in summit

Quartet meeting summit was held between Turkey, Russia, France and Germany, sponsored by Turkey, in Istanbul. Mustafa Bakouz pointed out that the summit did not result in any serious decisions, adding, "America has a strong presence in Syria, but did not attend this summit. We found that France, which has soldiers in Manbij city with the Americans, attended the summit, but this is not enough. All the meetings where America is not present, there is a high probability that it will fail, Russia and all those present at the summit know that, and Iran, which has a strong presence in Syria, did not attend the summit. "

Germany and France are trying to obstacle Syrian refugees

Bakouz noted that the Syrian forces existed on the ground did not attend the summit. "Putin stated that he was attending on behalf of the Syrian regime, while Erdogan appeared on behalf of the mercenary and terrorist factions because the only party supporting these factions is Ankara government. France and Germany are trying to obstacle the Syrian refugees and want to speed up the diplomatic peace process so that they can return 1.5 million Syrian refugees to their countries, and the force that has achieved great victories against terrorism in Syria, ie, Syrian Democratic Forces SDF, has not brought anyone on its behalf. France showed this at the summit, but not as it should. If America came to the meeting, there was a possibility that the demands of the Syria Democratic Council SDC would be discussed in the summit. So we did not see any serious decision at this summit, so no one hoped that any resolution would be issued by this summit

SDF It is a legitimate force, politically and militarily

Bakouz stressed that Syrian Democratic Forces SDF have taken political and military legitimacy in Syria. He added that "the United Nations classified IS, Jabhit al-Nusra and all gangs and individuals belonging to them on the list of terrorism and stressed that the struggle against these forces continues in a statement, here we conclude several messages: It has been confirmed that IS, Jabhit al-Nusra and all terrorist gangs supported by Turkey will be eradicated, in other words, the struggle against these gangs in Idlib, Afrin, al-Bab, Jarablus and Azaz will continue. In Syria there is legitimacy for Syrian Democratic Forces SDF. Even if it is not openly or directly, Turkey also accepts it.

Mustafa Bakuz added that the statement issued by the Quartet Summit, reported a message to the Democratic Union Party, "It appears that the phrase" rejection of all those who are trying to divide Syria, and threaten that the neighbors "came after the great insistence of the Turkish President. Here we derive another thing. It has been made clear that Syrian Democratic Forces SDF are fighting under the umbrella of the Democratic Union Party, play a major role in preserving the unity of Syrian territory through a democratic and Autonomous Administration system. So even if representatives of SDF do not attend the summit, we can say that SDF was the focus of the discussions at the summit. It can be said that SDF have achieved another victory.
