35 Turkish soldiers killed in HPG operations

The media center of HPG released a statement published on its official website announcing that their forces carried out special operations against the Turkish occupation army in Shemzinan, Govend Mount, Lêlîkan, Çele and Bazîd, during which 35 Turkish soldiers were killed and dozens of them got wounded.

The Martyrs Agirî and Pîroz campaign is ongoing

"Within the revolutionary campaign of the Martyrs Agirî and Pîroz, our forces carried out on July 23 a series of operations against the Turkish occupation. The details of the operations are the following:

At 3:30, our forces carried out a sniper operation and targeted a unit of the Turkish occupation army that was stationed in the Martyr Serhed area in Govend area in Shemzinan district in Colemêrg. The operation resulted in killing a soldier of the enemy's forces.

On the same day at 18:45, our forces carried out an operation against the elements of the Turkish occupation army in Deri Ban in Govend area, and targeted a machinery of the enemy. The operation resulted in destroying the machinery and killing 7 soldiers were inside it. After the operation, the Turkish occupation army bombarded the area with Cobra helicopters, and the killed and wounded were taken with Skorsi helicopters. The Turkish bombardment resulted in flaming fire in the area.

15 soldiers killed in Lêlîkan

Our forces carried out a large-scale operation at 17:50 against the elements of the Turkish occupation army who are stationed in Lêlîkan hill in Sidkan in Başûr Kurdistan as they targeted the enemy's sites and fortifications from 6 axes. The operation resulted in killing 15 soldiers and destroying the enemy's fortifications. After the operation, the Turkish occupation took the killed and wounded with Atak and Skorsi.

5 soldiers killed in Çele

At 18:15, our forces carried out an operation targeting Kiman police station in Çele district in Colemêrg. Our forces targeted the elements, the fortifications and the machineries existed in the site from two axes. The killing of 5 soldiers has been confirmed and an armored vehicle of BRT kind was wrecked. After the operation, the Turkish occupation army bombarded the area with mortars and Obis.

7 soldiers killed, other 5 wounded in Bazîd

Within the revolutionary campaign in Iyala Serhed, our forces  carried out on July 23 at 19:30 an operation targeting the soldiers positioned in Kofiya hill who used to guard Korzele police station in Bazîd area in Agirî from 3 axes. The operation resulted in killing 7 soldiers of the Turkish occupation army and wounding 5 others."
