Widespread destruction in Zirghan as result of Turkish occupation shelling

The city of Zirghan in the Al-Jazira Canton was subjected to heavy and continuous shelling by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, as more than 14 shells were fired at the city. This led to serious material damage to citizens' property and public facilities, including the city's bakery, which was completely disabled and out of service, in addition to the industrial zone, which suffered significant damage, without causing human casualties as a result of these attacks.
Footage from residents shows the scale of the massive destruction of infrastructure and vital facilities in the city, which sparked a wave of anger and condemnation among residents.

The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continue to launch their attacks on the areas of NE Syria, in flagrant violation of international laws and human rights that prohibit the targeting of civilians and civilian facilities.
In this context, human rights organizations and families call for serious international action to stop these violations, ensure the protection of civilians, and hold accountable those responsible for these crimes, which are a flagrant violation of human and moral values
