U.S. strike kills top ISIS leader in Syria
The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that it carried out a precision airstrike inside Syrian territory on June 10, resulting in the death of Raheem Buev, a prominent ISIS leader responsible for planning external attacks.

CENTCOM stated today that it conducted a targeted airstrike on June 10 against one of the leaders of ISIS militants in Syria.
It is noteworthy that on June 10, a vehicle in the Al-Karama gathering area north of Idlib was targeted by an unidentified drone, causing the car to be completely destroyed by fire.
In a statement, CENTCOM clarified that the operation led to the killing of Raheem Buev, a senior ISIS figure who was responsible for planning external operations that pose a threat to American lives.
The command emphasized that this operation is part of ongoing efforts to pursue ISIS militants and prevent them from carrying out external attacks that threaten regional and international security.
