Turkish occupation soldier killed in sniper operation by HPG 

The People Defense Forces carried out a sniper operation that resulted in the death of a soldier from the Turkish occupation army on the Amadiyah  Hill in the Mediya defense areas, in southern Kurdistan.

The media center of the People Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement regarding this operation, which read:

In the area of ​​Martyr Dalil, west of Zap:

On April 22, at 08:45, 08:47, and 08:49, our forces carried out sniper operations, during which they targeted soldiers and surveillance camera systems (mobesse) of the Turkish occupation army in the resistance square, Amadiyah Hill, resulting in the killing of an occupier and the destruction of 2 surveillance cameras (mobesse).

On April 23, at 08:50 and 08:55, sniper operations were carried out, targeting the surveillance camera systems (mobesse) of the Turkish occupation army in the Amadiyah Hill resistance square, and resulted in the destruction of 2 surveillance cameras (mobesse).

On April 22, at 14:30, our forces targeted occupation army soldiers with semi-automatic weapons while they were moving in the Judi Hill resistance square and trying to install surveillance camera systems (mobesse), but they couldn’t to install them.

Turkish occupation army attacks:

On April 21, 22, and 23, the squares of Şiladzi, Derkel, Beşeli, and Srê Metîna in the Metîna region were bombed 8 times, Bahar Hill and Judi Hill in the Martyr Dalil region, west of Zap, 3 times, and Suninî Square in the Khakurk region twice, for a total of 13 times, by warplanes.

On April 21, the Şiladzi Resistance Square in the Metîna was bombed by helicopters.
