The Turkish authorities' police forced 30 Syrian refugees to cross through the Bab al-Salama crossing into the city of Azaz, which it has occupied since 2017 with its mercenaries, in a forced deportation of Syrian refugees to Syrian regions other than their own.

According to some of the people forcibly deported from Turkish territory, who were residents of the Damascus, Idlib, and Palmyra countryside, they were deported despite having a temporary residence document (Kimlik).

Turkey exploits Syrian refugees under the name of “voluntary return” to change the demographics of the occupied Syrian regions.
