Turkish bombardment with banned weapons on Mediya Defense areas

The People Defense Forces confirmed that the Turkish occupation army bombed the defense areas in southern Kurdistan with chemical weapons and banned explosives 35 times.

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement about the HPG operations and the attacks of the Turkish occupation army, which read:

“On May 20 at 12:10, our forces carried out an operation with semi-automatic weapons against the occupiers who were trying to enter a site in the resistance square in Judy Hill, which led to stopping the movement of the Turkish occupation army soldiers.

Turkish occupation army attacks with banned explosives:

On May 20, our tunnels in the Resistance Square in FM Hill in the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, were bombed 32 times with chemical gases, and once with banned explosives, and it turned out that part of the chemical gases used in the bombing, in addition to pepper gas, was orange in color.

On May 20 and 21, our tunnels in the Resistance Square on Amadiya Hill were bombed twice with banned explosives.

On May 20 and 21, our tunnels in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill in the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, were bombed 14 times with booby-trapped drones.

Attacks of the Turkish occupation state:

On May 20 and 21, the squares of Senin, Lolan, Martyr Sharif Hill, and Kalashin in the Khakurk region were attacked 8 times, the Dinart squares, the Kafia Plain in the Gari region twice, the resistance squares in Darkel and Beyshli in the Matina region twice, and the resistance squares in Judy Hill and Bahar Hill in the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, were bombed by warplanes 5 times, a total of 17 times.
