The mercenaries of the Turkish occupation state "Al-Amshat" attacked the residents of the village of Kakhra in the city of Mobata in occupied Afrin who went out against the looting and plundering and paying the royalties imposed on them and to demand the release of those kidnapped by the mercenaries, which resulted in the injury of about 20 people, most of whom were women.

To shed light on the human rights aspect, and to describe what the mercenaries did from a legal perspective, Khalida Mohammed spoke to ANHA Agency.

Khalida noted that the crimes of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries are not new, but rather began with the occupation of Afrin in 2018, including killing, kidnapping, stealing property, and demographic change.

" The perpetrators of the violations committed are the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation, under the direction of MIT, and in cooperation with the mercenaries of the non-Kurdish National Council, as a result of their participation in the crimes committed against the indigenous population" Khalida said.

Khalida also noted that what they did represents the "racism" , indicating that in the current era, the human mind cannot bear it, pointing out the need to impose the maximum penalties on Turkey and its mercenaries for their crimes.

"The mercenaries violated all laws related to human rights, including the following: international humanitarian law, the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, the Additional Hague Protocols, and the Hague Convention of 1999 and 1907, not to mention that these crimes violate the principles of European human rights and the Charter of the United Nations" Khalida added.

Khalida Mohammed held the international community responsible for crimes of  the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

Worth to note that the US Treasury Department imposed sanctions in 2023 on the leaders of the "Al-Amshat" and "Hamzat" mercenaries for their involvement in committing serious human rights violations against the indigenous people in the occupied city of Afrin.
