For the fourth day in a row, Al-Shaddadi District Council continues to collect signatures in the district and its countryside, through its committees, with the aim of collecting 100,000 thousand signatures.

On Wednesday, the volunteer committees in Al-Shaddadi district headed to the countryside of the district, to complete the collection of signatures, where they began collecting signatures in the villages of Umm Zar and Al-Bassa, and other committees are continuing their work to reach the desired goal, which is to collect the largest possible number of signatures in the southern region, to present them to international and local organization, human rights in order to end the isolation imposed on leader Abdullah Ocalan.

The people of Al-Shaddadi district in Al-Jazira canton said: “The continued strict isolation of Leader Abdullah Ocalan is a flagrant violation of human rights and violates the International Covenant on Political and Social Rights.”

The people of Al-Shaddadi district explained that what is happening against the leader Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali prison is immoral and its goal is to eliminate the free will of the peoples.

The people stressed the need for international organizations to intervene to uncover the health of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, stressing the continuation of their resistance and struggle until Leader Abdullah Ocalan gains his physical freedom.
