New qualitative operation against Turkish occupation
Scenes taken during a qualitative operation by the People's Defense Forces on October 9 of this year showed that Turkish occupation army soldiers were ambushed by the forces within the geography of the Khakurk region.
The video tape documented by the Guerrilla forces show the moment the Free Women's Units - Star targeted the Turkish occupation soldiers in Khakurk in the Defense areas in southern Kurdistan, and the soldiers recovered the bodies of the dead.
The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) said in a statement that, "On October 9, the Free Women's Units - Star surrounded the occupation soldiers between the squares of Martyr Achin Hill and Martyr Shahan Hill, and targeted them with specific tactics, and two of them were eliminated."
