The Syrian Observatory pointed out that the dead are: "273 from the security forces and elements of the Ministry of Defense affiliated with the Damascus authority and 259 from the former Damascus authority fighters."
"1,557 civilians were killed as a result of the purges since the outbreak of the attacks on Thursday, March 6, until today, March 17."
The living conditions in the coast and its mountains worsened due to the interruption of food supplies and daily necessities for families, paralleling what happened in the Syrian coast.
For its part, the Kurdish Red Crescent, in collaboration with the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, organized convoys of humanitarian and relief aid to support civilians in the coastal region. This initiative comes in response to the urgent need to provide relief and basic assistance to the people of the coast, who have been subjected to massacres and violations in the ongoing attacks between the Damascus authority forces and armed groups.
Thousands of citizens fleeing their homes are present inside the Russian Hmeimim base, having escaped from executions and crimes.
An aid convoy from the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria left the region an hour ago, heading towards Salamiya, and from there to several areas in the Syrian coast.
