Iranian authorities executed a Kurdish politician, Rida Rasayi, for his participation in the "Women, Life, Freedom" uprising in Eastern Kurdistan and Iran.
The Iranian authorities executed Kurdish politician Rida Rasayi, 35, in Kermanshah prison in Eastern Kurdistan.
Rida Rasayi was arrested on November 24, 2022 and sentenced to death on December 2023 during his participation in the "Women, Life, Freedom" uprising, which began after the murder of the young Kurdish woman Gina Amini.
