Patients with multiple sclerosis in Syria are facing a worsening crisis due to shortages of essential medicines that they previously received free of charge. This has forced them to turn to the black market at high prices amid the absence of clear alternatives, threatening deterioration in their health conditions while no official explanations have been issued regarding the causes of the shortage or treatment plans. This year, the Jazira Canton recorded high rainfall rates, positively reflected in crop growth, especially wheat and barley, which have entered the heading stage amid expectations of abundant production.
