Wounded individuals who were injured while repelling attacks by mercenaries of the interim government affiliated with the Turkish occupying state on the neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh, and Bani Zaid affirmed that the mercenaries targeted the neighborhoods in a brutal manner, to the extent that children were targeted by snipers. Academics and economic experts described it as an unprofessional report based on misleading information and political messaging, warning that promoting such claims reflects a deep gap between the deteriorating living reality and what the authorities attempt to market through the media.

Women in Raqqa Canton affirmed their standing alongside the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and their full support for them, describing the SDF as the force that restored security and stability to the region and opened the way for women to become genuine and active partners in society after years of marginalization and repression. Residents of Tel Brak city condemned the attacks by mercenaries of the interim government in Syria, backed by the Turkish occupation, on the neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh, and Bani Zaid, as well as the silence of international powers regarding these attacks.
