FSC meets over lawsuit against Nechirvan, Barzani, and Reber Ahmed
The Federal Supreme Court in Iraq is considering the case filed against Nechirvan, Masrour Barzani, and Reber Ahmed, after it was postponed on April 1.
The Federal Supreme Court is scheduled to hold a session to consider a lawsuit against Nechirvan, Masrour Barzani, and Reber Ahmed.
The court will discuss the lawsuit submitted by the Minister of Immigration and Displacement in the Federal Government against the three as Kurdistan Region prevents the return of displaced persons and immigrants to their homes.”
On April 1, the Federal Court decided to postpone the decision on the lawsuit filed against the outgoing President of the Kurdistan Region, the head of the region’s caretaker government, and the Minister of Interior until next April 21.
