DEM party campaign vehicle attacked in Kayseri
The Turkish state carried out an armed attack on a car belonging to the electoral activities of the Equality and Peoples' Democracy Party in the city of Kayseri.
The organization affiliated with the Equality and Peoples' Democracy Party in Kayseri published video tape of the attack on virtual media.
It was reported that the co-chairs and party officials provided their statements to the police regarding the attack: “Although the attacker was arrested, his name and surname have not yet been revealed, while no one was harmed during the attack.”
Turkey is scheduled to witness local elections on March 31, after various parties chose their candidates for presidency of the largest municipalities weeks ago.
