Protests are widespread in various Turkish-occupied areas in northern and western Syria, opposing Turkey and its mercenaries' policies in the region.

Recently, these protests have intensified with Turkey hinting at a possible rapprochement with the Damascus government.

Despite facing severe security and military repression, including assaults on events, abductions of protesters, and assassinations of others, protests continue in cities like al-Bab, Azaz, and Idlib. However, these protests lack coordinated efforts.

To achieve their goals and avoid the mistakes that led to the diversion and exploitation of the popular movement in Syria from the beginning, the relations officer of the Green Idlib Council, Ahmad al-Shawa, urged protesters to organize their ranks.

He deemed it essential to form a united front by communicating and coordinating with Syrian national forces in other Syrian regions.

He called on protesters "to connect with the areas of North and East Syria region to reach a Syrian political solution that serves the interests of the Syrian people and to find a solution to this crisis away from external interventions, primarily the Turkish occupying state."

Al-Shawa expressed their support for the protests against Turkey and its mercenaries, stating that the common denominator between the protesters' demands and the goals of democratic forces in the North and East Syria region is "rejecting the Turkish occupation."

He noted that Syrian-Syrian dialogue among all national parties across the entire Syrian geography is the only way to resolve the Syrian crisis.
