Syrian politician Ali Rahmoun stressed that achieving transitional justice is the cornerstone of building a new Syria, emphasizing that the success of the country's transitional period requires a comprehensive process based on accountability, truth-seeking, reparations, institutional reform, and rebuilding trust between the state and society. He warned that failure to achieve transitional justice could lead Syria toward deeper division and instability.

Mothers of martyrs in the city of Qamishlo affirmed that the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) are the product of the sacrifices made by thousands of female fighters who defended Rojava and North and East Syria. They stressed the importance of preserving the YPJ's independence and continuing to support the force in honor of the martyrs' sacrifices and the ideals for which they gave their lives. Turkish Member of Parliament Sırrı Sakık stated that the time has come to move from promises to implementation.
