3 Damascus forces injured in ISIS attack in Deir ez-Zor
ISIS recently increased its attacks on Damascus forces, as an attack east of Deir ez-Zor resulted in the injury of 3 members of the Damascus forces.
Yesterday, 3 members of the Damascus forces were injured. They were taken to the military hospital in the city of Deir ez-Zor, following an attack carried out by ISIS mercenaries near the town of Al-Bulel, east of Deir ez-Zor, while armed clashes took place between the two sides.
Last week, ISIS mercenaries attacked checkpoints of the Damascus forces in the eastern Homs desert, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes between the two sides, on the axis of the village of Al-Taybeh and Al-Koum, north of the city of Al-Sukhna in the eastern countryside of Homs, resulting in the killing of 5 members of the forces.
TThe attack came a week after the killing of 34 members of the Damascus forces, as a result of attacks launched by ISIS mercenaries in the Syrian desert.
