Jabbour tribe advisor: Tribe's move came due to negligence Damascus Gov. to our demands

Yesterday, Monday, the Jabour tribe extended the deadline for the Damascus government for an additional 24 hours, to implement the demands of the Jabour tribe, which some officials in the Damascus government forces and the governor of al-Hasakah tried to evade and circumvent, due to what the city of al-Hasakah witnessed recently.

Yesterday, Monday, the Jabour tribe issued an impromptu statement by Sheikh Abdul Aziz Muhammad al-Muslat, in which he confirmed the extension of the deadline for officials in the Damascus government and its forces, to find out the demands of the tribe, which demanded the complete dissolution of the National Defense mercenaries.

After clan pressures and the support of the various clans in NE, Syria for the Jabour tribe, after the insult to which one of its sheikhs was subjected, it was recently decided, according to the tribe, that the commander of the National Defense, Abdul Qadir Hamo, be held accountable and put on trial after his deportation to Damascus.

Commenting on the latest developments in the matter, ANHA's agency met with the tribe's advisor, Akram Mahshush, to point out, "Our extension of the deadline yesterday was due to the failure of the Damascus government forces and officials to hold Abdul Qadir Hamo accountable, as they were telling us that he was a prisoner of the military commander, but it turned out that he was not A prisoner, and he was driving out in his car, so that it became clear that the talks of the officials of the Damascus government were anesthesia for the tribe and its youth, and it also became clear that the Damascus government did not appreciate the feelings of our youth, the feelings of the tribe, and the people of the region, so the security square was stormed with weapons.

He added, "We do not look for evil and we do not want bloodshed for the sake of scum, but our extension of the deadline was due to the lack of credibility of the commander of the Military Security Branch, and before we extended the deadline, he issued a decision to hold him accountable and dismiss him, and we continued to abide by the specified deadline, due to our lack of confidence in them."

Regarding the guarantees that the Jabour tribe has received so far from officials in the Damascus government, to implement its demands, Mahshush said, "The tribe agreed with the Damascus government to isolate Abdul Qadir Hamo, hold him accountable, and deport him from Hasakah. The head of military security in Qamishli was assigned to deport him to Damascus and remove him from his post. We have not received no guarantees, but we will keep watching"
