2 Turkish soldiers killed in Mediya Areas

Today, the Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a written statement to the public opinion, regarding the Turkish occupation army's continuous attacks on the Defense Areas :

In the Khakurk region:

Yesterday morning, Saturday, May 13, the Turkish occupation army bombed the resistance squares in the two hills of Martyr Hakki and Martyr Kamiran, until noon on the same day, with cannons and mortars, where our Guerrilla forces also responded to the bombing within the framework of the right of self-defense.

On the same date, at 18:30, the Turkish occupation army launched an attack on the hill of the martyr Akhin, and our forces responded to this attack within the framework of the right of self-defense, and as a result, clashes broke out that led to the complete destruction of a trench and the killing of two Turkish soldiers.

Attacks of Turkish occupation army on Guerrilla areas:

On May 13, warplanes of the Turkish occupation army bombed the Bahar Hill Square and Kolka Square in the Metina area 4 times.

On May 13, Martyr Haqqi Hill, Martyr Kamiran Hill, Martyr Achin Hill and Bahar Hill Square located in Khakurk region, in addition to FM Hill Square, Judy Hill, Amdia Hill and the resistance trenches in Sida area, were bombed by the Turkish aggression, 17 times, with cannons, tanks, and heavy weapons."
