​​​​​​​Fawza Youssef in Women's Forum: Women have great influence

Fawza Youssef's speech came during the Women's Forum and its Role in the Local Administration and Environment Authority for North and East Syria, which started its work this morning (March 4) in the city of Hasakah.

Youssef started her speech by blessing the struggle of free woman who seeks to achieve a free, equal life. "For the victory of the women's revolution, we will escalate our struggle," she stressed.

She added, "During the Rojava revolution, women played a prominent and important role in the work of municipalities."

Youssef recalled the women who sacrificed themselves in order to manage "this work and develop it in an organized manner until they reached the rank of martyrdom."

She added, "We women in this geography are fully aware that the authoritarian masculine mentality rejects women's progress in all areas of life, and does not want the victory of the female-led revolution."

She pointed out that because of the woman's struggle, everyone is fighting her with all special warfare methods to break her will based on the thought and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan.

Youssef emphasized that women today have a strong will to face all the difficulties in all aspects of life, and she said: "No one can weaken a woman's will and break her resolve."

She also explained that women resist with strength, persistence, and determination in the path of freedom, seeking to liberate themselves from the male mentality, and to liberate all women in the world.

"No matter how strong the forces fighting women around the world are, they will not be able to undermine their will and defeat them or take them back, they are very powerful," she concluded.
