KNK urges Kurds to get benefit from developments in Middle East

The Kurdistan National Congress stated that the mass uprising in Rojhlat Kurdistan and Iran had entered a new stage in confronting the totalitarian and dictatorial regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and said: "The process of our people's demand for freedom and democratic struggle indicates the insistence of our people to obtain their rights and achieve their demands".

KNK pointed out that the slogan "Woman is a free life" is a symbol of a free nation and continued by saying: " crises and problems that the Iranian state is witnessing both internally and externally have created suitable conditions that enable us, the Kurds, and the peoples of Iran in general to liberate ourselves from this oppressive and totalitarian regime.

The KNK recalled Gina Amini and the people who were martyred during the recent uprisings in Iran, and said: “We offer our condolences to the Kurdish people and the families of the martyrs, and we wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.

We also strongly condemn the chauvinistic practices of the Iranian state, and we call on the free and democrats in Kurdistan and Iran to continue their legitimate activities and prevent the state from committing massacres.
