Syrian politician: July 19th Revolution manifested by putting revolution on right track

July 19^th Revolution entered its second decade, after achieving important achievements at various levels, political, military, diplomatic and educational, most importantly uniting the ranks of components under the roof of AANES. It geographically eliminated ISIS/Daesh, which terrorized the entire world. The Syrian writer and politician Mohammed Issa described it as the newborn who had been able to put the popular movement on its right track.

Mohammad Issa spoke in a dialogue with ANHA’s agency about a decade old of the July 19 revolution, where he said: "The experience of AANES is a project that can be disseminated to all countries within the framework of one democratic and decentralized Syria, as in the developed countries that have faced similar dilemmas."

* On 19 July, the revolution in north and east Syria entered its tenth year, launched on the basis of the principles of the democratic nation, preserved the Syrian fabric and the unity of components in north and east Syria, and addressed the world's worst types of terrorism represented by ISIS/ Daesh mercenaries. How do they evaluate this revolution in its tenth year?

New impact had been manifested by July 19^th Revolution through popular movement of involving many sectors of the Syrian components, it was able to put the revolution in rightful path, that granted masses movement real revolutionary momentum by adopting a clear political vision, a revolutionary democratic vision far from the pressure, chaos, palliation and violence that characterized the street movement after March 2011, to grow up and develop an alliance of political and popular forces composed of the Syrian Democratic Council SDC.

Commands significant military forces of the Kurds, Arabs, Syriacs, Assyrians, Turkmen and other ethnic populations of north and east Syria, called the SDF; This force succeeded in extending its influence and establishing a model for the management of its regions on the basis of the right of everyone to participate, on an equal footing, in political life and in obtaining equal rights from the country's resources. In addition to providing an unprecedented model of women's participation, all within the framework of an integrated vision of the one nation project, one democratic and decentralized Syria.

on the 10^th anniversary of its launch and in accordance with any substantive approach; At the top of these achievements is the historic victory over ISIS/Daesh as the greatest terrorist threat to civil peace and stability in recent decades, in addition to accelerating the deepening of democratic values, social justice values and the rule of law towards the consolidation of the right to citizenship for all.

* In your opinion, how 19 July 19^th Revolution has changed the mentality prevailing in the Middle East, as the Middle East countries rely on the concept of centralization. AANES depends on decentralization?

The struggle of the masses after 19 July did not break the prevailing concept of the nation-State and belief, but was able to establish a new concept with opportunities for life and victory over the idea of a democratic State, which was not previously known.

In the experience of AANES based on free participation and people's brotherhood, the level of public opinion is on the surface. Culture and political philosophy is a new school for organizing the lives of peoples and societies, a school concerned with the lives and rights of human beings, raising their values and opportunities for life, not imposing beliefs on them, and enriching their merits at each other's expense; All in all, they seek success, while the model of a nation and belief State fails to provide any solution to peoples' problems, other than poverty, hunger, civil wars and underdevelopment. The experience of AANES seeks a different path to solve the problem.

* In your opinion, what impact has AANES had so far, and what role should it play from now on?

The experience of AANES based on the lofty principle of free peoples' brotherhood, inspired by its principles of Ocalan philosophy, has made a real fuss, and has come into the minds of peoples as a realistic idea that is increasingly trusted day by day. The preoccupation of the region's authoritarian regimes with conspiracy will, over time, be further entrenched in the minds of intellectuals and dreamers.

* The people of north and east Syria and through their democratic project seek to democratize Syria. However, the Government of Damascus now refuses to open a constructive dialogue with the AANES, in your opinion, what is the reason and what is required of the Syrian Government and the AANES now?

Any light on the prospects for understanding and agreement between the regime and AANES must lead to one fact that there are no results or achievements on this path; The regime symbolizes a self-proclaimed antiquity, its totalitarian characteristics, its national doctrine and its authoritarian tendencies. Democratic Autonomous Administration DAA adopts a vision and political philosophy contrary to State-building and its management methods. Thus, there is no room for a middle zone between the two concepts. Any serious opening in the wall of authoritarianism and the model of a State of universal control will lead to collapse and dams will collapse when there is a gap. Hence, there does not seem to be a serious horizon for such research or negotiation, and the issue will remain in the hands of the dynamic to resolve it. If he or she enters into the functions of history, only he or she will provide the answer.

As for the protection of the country's borders, there is an opportunity for understanding or intersection on the integrity of the country's borders and the prevention of aggression on the territory of the State. It is a compatible issue that requires a unified attitude on all sides and components.

* Syria is experiencing a real crisis; As a result of the Government of Damascus' intransigence in the unilateral mindset as you have also stated, which has turned Syria into an arena for international accounts, and opened the way for Turkey to occupy parts of it. There are studies that confirm that the AANES project will solve all outstanding problems in Syria, how do you read these assessments?

Of course, the nature of the system of totalitarianism, which is calculated around its narrow national and authoritarian self, has produced all this ruin and has put the country in a state of vulnerability by the aspiring States and parties to the country's resources and capabilities. and in order for the country to emerge from a state of deterioration and crisis from normal, it needs a new building based on a new social contract, It is guaranteed by a modern constitution, which guarantees the protection of the country from the causes of conflict, and I do not believe that there is an appropriate formula that follows this path more successfully than the experience of AANES as a project that can be spread throughout the country within the framework of one democratic and decentralized Syria. as in developed States with similar dilemmas.

* There are media, military and economic attacks, especially from the Turkish side against s AANES, in your opinion, for what reason?

Turkey is the most concerned by this emerging democratic birth on its frontiers, because it represents the most underdeveloped and contemptuous model of the rights of the components it constitutes, and therefore it has a fork that will continue to be ridden.
