The People's Initiative for North and East Syria has announced its accession to the campaign to remove the name of the PKK from the "Lists of Terrorism," while events have been organized in all institutions, organizations, villages and cities, and a large number of signatures have been gathered.

The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) is the most powerful mass movement in Kurdistan and the Middle East. It has been able to gather millions of Kurds around it, and to win the respect of the people who saw it as a way to free them from injustice and oppression.

In North and East Syria, Guerrilla families, on the one hand, and their towns, participated in the campaign, and around that, ANHA’s agency met with the mothers of Guerrilla fighters, who explained that their children were part of the Kurdistan freedom movement. they say: "This spirit will not kneel or retreat in the face of any oppressor, and we have found how all the fascist attacks were thwarted with the spirit of this resistance."

Makbola Ibrahim noted that the PKK, has a legitimate issue, it does not assault anyone, as Turkish state did that violated all norms and international laws without deterring. So, we demand the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) to be removed from the" terror lists, "it is not a" terrorist. "

While Munwar Ibrahim, who comes from the village of Tel Arous in Amuda district, praised the popular initiative launched to remove the name of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) from the "Terror Lists", and said: "Such initiatives should have been launched a long time ago, as the party is far from what has been attributed to it, but rather it seeks to restore the peoples' stolen rights, and strives to obtain his freedom and the freedom of all oppressed peoples.

While Fatima Khader, from the village of Silander in the town of Jager Bazaar in Amuda district, pointed out that the inclusion of the name of the PKK is very wrong and illogical, explaining, "It is not reasonable for everyone who demands his rights and struggles for his people and all oppressed peoples, to be put on the "lists of terrorism".

She emphasized that the PKK and the Kurdish cause enjoyed the full support of the Kurds in the four parts of Kurdistan, and said: "We demand our rights, nothing more. If demanding rights is a crime from their point of view, this is unacceptable, and indicates a lack of commitment to human rights standards."
