HPG destroy Turkish army position in Lilkan Square in Xwakurk

In a qualitative operation, the People's Defense Forces (HPG) and the Free Women's Unit (YJA Star) destroyed the Turkish army fortifications in Lilkan Square in Xwakurik, and killed all the enemy soldiers there.

HPG's Media Centre issued a statement, reported by the Furat News Agency, which reads "In the framework of the revolutionary campaign of the Zagros Hawks: On the 5th of December, about 14:20, guerrilla forces carried out a qualitative operation targeted the positions of the occupation soldiers from two axis, As a result killing of all the entire group who were inside, and destroying one of the fortifications.

On the evening of December 7, the small Gilo area in Zab witnessed intense overflights of drones, but the Guerilla fighters forced them to withdraw from the vicinity of the area.

On December 9, between 09:45-10:00, the Turkish occupation warplanes bombed the areas of Konishka, Gara Shahid Fadkar and Shahid Shahan in the Zab area, and between 19:00-19:10 in the yards of Shahid Rustam and Saja in the area Zap.

The Turkish army which incurred heavy losses in the revolutionary operation of the Kurdistan Freedom Fighters in Zab, aims to conceal its defeat by launching large-scale air strikes on Zab, but all its attacks failed. Worth mentioning that the Turkish occupation forces continues its operation in Shahid Ahmed Square in Khakurk after the air strike on November 18, and information related to this special operation will be shared as soon as it is obtained.

On December 7, between 12:00 and 13:00, the planes of the Turkish occupation army bombed the Shahid Sharaf area in Khakork.
