Women's Council of Syria's Future Party protest Turkish threats

The council organized a protest in Aleppo, to denounce the threats of the Turkish occupation state to launch attacks on NES in an attempt to destabilize the security and stability in the region.

The activity commenced with a minute of silence in deference of martyrs of freedom, afterward a statement was by Khaleda Abdo in which she referred to the continuous Turkish threats made against NES, including Tal Rifaat, and targeting the people of Kobani by drones.

The statement pointed out that the Turkish state aims by these attacks to destabilize security and stability, and to  take revenge of the will of women who had a leading role in the liberation of Kobani, after the achievements she made, stressing that women have become an icon of free life and have been able to prove her worth in front of the whole world.

The statement also denounced attacks carried out by the Turkish occupation on the civilians, calling on the guarantor countries to resolve the Syrian conflict, take their responsibilities, carry out their duties towards the people, protect them from these attacks that are against humanity, and close the airspace to Turkish drones.

The statement called as well on the international community and the United Nations to put an end to the hostile policies adopted and violations committed against the people in areas occupied by Turkey.

The Women's Council stressed on the continuation of the struggle in the spirit of resistance until unity of the Syrian lands preserved and all forms of occupation and tyranny terminated, and to build a democratic, pluralistic, decentralized Syria.
