The co-chair of the Afrin Canton Council, Mohammad Nasso, denounced the silence of the international community regarding the continuous crimes committed by the Turkish state and its mercenaries against the residents of the occupied areas, warning against a repetition of what happened in Iskenderun with the currently occupied areas in northern Syria. Jurist Idris Esso criticized the deadly silence of international organizations concerned with preventing the use of chemical weapons, pointing out that the Turkish occupation state continues to use these weapons against the Kurds, because there is no legal, moral or punitive deterrent against it. Prof. Dr. Tayseer Abdul-Jabbar Al-Alusi praised the partnership between the Kurdish and Arab peoples in North and East Syria, calling for the deepening of this partnership and the expansion of its framework throughout the Middle East. The families of the martyrs in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood expressed their solidarity with the protesting mothers of peace who demanded the PDK hand over the bodies of the two martyrs, Tolhildan and Sardam, who were martyred after an ambush left with three guerrilla fighters, describing the latter’s moves as an anti-Kurdish policy.
