 The Council of Martyrs' Families in Qamishlo city remembers the martyrs of September and November at the Martyr Dalil Sarukhan shrine at 16:00.  (photos and video attached).

 The co-chair of the General Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Farid Atti, refused to recognize the results of the meetings of the Constitutional Committee, pointing out that the constitution is a social contract that earns its legitimacy from the participation of everyone in its formulation and approval.  (photos and video attached).

 The co-chair of the Legislative Council in Al-Jazira region confirmed that the liberation of the city of Raqqa from the clutches of ISIS proved that the will of the peoples of northern and eastern Syria is indomitable and proved to the world and to all Syrians that the people of this region carry a democratic and national project within the concept of a decentralized Syria, pointing out that Turkey plays a major role  obstructing a political solution in Syria.  (photos and video attached).

 The people of al-Darbasiyah district expressed their support for the sit-in on the borders of Başûr (Southern Kurdistan), and described the KDP's actions as a "disgrace" for its treachery against the Kurds.

 Libyan attention is turning to the “Libya Stability” conference, which will be held on Thursday. However, despite the political and media momentum, Libyan figures and academics saw that the conference would not produce positive results in light of the continued political and military interventions by external parties, in addition to the presence of Turkey in this conference.  They say: “He who spoils will not be able to reform.” (Attached with pictures).

 A member of the Human Rights Organization of Afrin - Syria, Nayla Mahmoud, condemned the murder of a pregnant woman (Neamat Sheikho) by Turkish intelligence in occupied Afrin, criticizing the silence of women's and human rights organizations regarding this "heinous crime".
