​​​​​​​TEV-DEM condemns PDK attack on Guerrilla forces

In a statement released today Movement for a democratic Society, the TEV-DEM, condemned the latest attack carried out by forces of  the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the PDK on the HPG fighters in which seven fighters were martyred in the Khelifan Region yesterday.

The TEV-DEM statement reads:

'' in spite of appeals and warnings made by several Kurdistani political powers and bodies as well as social activities against policies adopted by Kurdistan Workers' Party in Medya zones in which Peoples' Defence Forces, the HPG, fighters are stationed, and warnings against any Kurdish infighting that serves not the Kurdish Cause and aggravates more the situation, PDK proceeds its policies.

These policies serve the Turkish occupation state that lost its balance militarily and politically in front of guerrilla fighters.

The attack by the PDK forces yesterday in Khelifan against a group of seven guerrillas fighting Turkish occupation in Southern Kurdistan coming from the four parts of Kurdistan disappointed out people for this is a red line that puts the Kurdish cause in danger. These are irresponsible policies that amounts to crime against Guerrilla and our Kurdistani people.

The statement concluded by calling on all Kurdistan powers, parties and bodies to put pressure on PDK to stop such actions.
