Hamdan Al-Abed: Objective is not to protect Kabul Airport, but to please America

Deputy Co-Chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Hamdan Al-Abed, explained that Turkey's sending of Syrian mercenaries to Afghanistan is not only to protect Kabul Airport, but it is a political battle to please America.

The Turkish occupation state continues to send Syrian mercenaries out of Syria. After sending them to Libya, Azerbaijan, and Somalia, it began preparing 2,600 Syrian mercenaries to be sent to Afghanistan after America withdrew from it, and Turkey undertook the protection of Kabul Airport as a first step for expansion in that region.

The Turkish intelligence service had held a meeting in Hawar Kilis area in Aleppo countryside, in which many leaders of the mercenary factions backed by Turkey participated. Turkish intelligence requested the preparation of 2,600 gunmen of Syrian mercenaries to be sent to Afghanistan.

Deputy Co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Hamdan Al-Abed, said that the Turkish occupation state used Syrian mercenaries as fuel for its wars and as tools to implement its interests.

Al-Abed added, "The Turkish state began to plunge Syrian mercenaries into losing wars, as it began to plunge them towards Libya, Somalia and Karabakh in its proxy wars, and is now preparing to send many of them to Afghanistan."

Hamdan Al-Abed explained that the Turkish occupation state has worked since the beginning of the Syrian crisis to support ISIS mercenaries with the aim of stealing Syria's endowments. After the end of ISIS, the Turkish state has no longer had a foothold inside Syrian territory, and it has worked to recruit Syrian mercenaries and plunge them into the battlefields to implement its colonial ambitions.

Al-Abed continued, "After the failure of all Brotherhood schemes, it has worked to recruit Syrian mercenaries in its favor and to send them to Libya, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Qatar and Somalia with the aim of using them as a pressure card on the European community. After the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan and the activity of the Taliban Movement in it, Turkey has exploited the security gap in Afghanistan, and it intends to plunge Syrian mercenaries into a losing war to protect Kabul Airport."

Turkish political battle to please America

During his speech, al-Abed indicated that Turkey's target in sending Syrian mercenaries to Afghanistan is not only to protect Kabul Airport, but to win a political battle in that region, satisfy the American side, and eliminate the Syrian mercenaries there.

Al-Abed stated that Turkey is trying by various means to spread its Brotherhood ideology in several regions, "and now Afghanistan is the new destination after its loss in Libya."

Al-Abed continued, "Turkey intends to expand by various means and intends to have a foothold in all regions, and the executing party for its ambitions are always the Syrian mercenaries, from Syria to Libya, then to Karabakh and now to Afghanistan."
